昨日のお弁当になりますが、
今人気のポケットサンド弁当です！！
作り方は2種類あるので、どちらが作りやすいか試してみました。
結果。
個人的には最初にポケットを作って、丸めたアルミホイルを入れて
トーストする、最初の方法のほうがいいような気がします。
ビジュアル的にも。
トーストした後にポケットを作ると、パンが柔らかすぎて
潰れてしまいます・・・。

息子には耳付きだとボリュームありすぎるので、

Nice video for some tasty sandwiches. I haven't had these types of sandwiches since I was living in Tokyo. I'm just now getting back into making bentos for my wife. For the bread question below, Japanese/Korean bread are a better quality than our air-filled cheap loaves, their bread is more dense and is about an inch thick or bought uncut. If you can't buy some in your area, just buy an artisan loaf uncut. The bread mold can be found online for around $3. Have fun. 👍
