Starbucks Banana Bread Copycat Recipe

My recipe is for 800 ml. If you are using an 8.5 x 4.5 x 2.5-inch loaf pan, please double the recipe and bake for 65 to 75 minutes.

■Metric Ingredients
[Recipe for 800ml loaf pan]
2 ripe bananas(240g)
90g brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk (15g)
75ml vegetable oil (5tbsp)
140g bread flour
1/2 tsp baking soda(2g)
1/8 tsp cinnamon(0.25g)
30 g walnuts

[Baking time]
180℃ for 60 minutes

■Imperial Ingredients
[Recipe for 800ml loaf pan]
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk
5 tbsp vegetable oil
5/8 cup (0.625 cup) bread flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

[Baking time]
356°F for 60 minutes

    目を瞑ってても作れるんじゃないかってぐらい簡単なのに
    家族には同じぐらい喜ばれるという。。

  3. WHY would you want to copy Starbucks banana bread??? I mean it's okay, but seriously nothing to write home about, although I suppose if you've never had much experience with this type of bread then you may think it's great, but really there's better out there ;?D
