Baked Donuts ( Japanese Style ) | MySweets

Yummy and healthy baked donut not fried in oil.
Uses the Japanese ingredients such as rice flour and kinako.
Very easy recipe only mix and bake.

🍇 Ingredients [ 6 pieces ]
70g rice flour
50cc soymilk
20g millet sugar
1 egg
30g honey
20g rapeseed oil
15g black sesame
20g kinako ( toasted soybean flour )
1tsp baking powder

… toppings
kinako q.s
powdered sugar q.s.

sieve
whisk
rubber spatula
silicone donut pan
piping bag (disposable)
wire cooling rack
