I love to slice up the mushrooms and sauté in a skillet in a little butter of oil and just when they are done, hit them with a tablespoon or 2 of balsamic vinegar. Give them a good stir and remove from the stove top. The delicious flavor that the vinegar brings to the mushrooms is out of this world.
