Toast up a sourdough slice
Sautee mushrooms with sesame oil and salt
Pick out the ripest, most perfect ๐ฅ๐
Use a fork to spread it over the toasted sourdough
Add salt and chilli flakes
Top with cooked mushrooms
Add chilli oil and everything bagel but bagel seasoning
Chomp away!
