今回のレシピは、パスタの王道「ボロネーゼ」を、挽肉と赤ワインを使わずにつくります!挽肉の代わりに使うのは、なんとクルミとカボチャの種!ビデリシャスのエディトリアルチームも、自社のキッチンスタジオで試しに作ってみましたが、肉がなくても満足度の高く仕上がりました。もしかしたら、言われなければ肉が入ってないことが分からないかもしれません!

【材料 (2人分)】
・ パスタ 180g
・トマト 1個
・セロリ 50g
・胡桃 50g
・かぼちゃの種 50g
・ドライトマト 10g
・たまねぎ 100g
・にんにく 一片
・塩胡椒 適量

【作り方】
《1》トマト、セロリ、くるみ、かぼちゃ、ドライトマトをフードプロセッサーで撹拌します。
《2》にんにくとたまねぎをオリーブオイルで炒め、1のペーストを加え塩こしょうで味を整えます。
《3》好みのパスタを茹でて混ぜ合わせます。

【VEGGIE DISHES #12】
This week’s recipe is “Nuts & seeds bolognese”. I’m going to show you how to make bolognese with walnuts and pumpkin seeds instead of any meat.

【INGREDIENTS (makes 2)】
180g pasta(any kind)
1 tomato
50g celery
50g walnuts
50g pumpkin seeds
10g dried tomatoes
100g onion
a love of garlic
salt & pepper

【INSTRUCTION】
1. mince tomato, celery, walnut, pumpkin seeds and dried tomatoes with food processor.
2. fry garlic and onion with olive oil, add the mixture then season with salt & pepper.
3. boil pasta and add to the pan.

I hope he gets around to subbing this playlist one day but maybe this one was strictly intended for his Japanese-speaking audience with any English-speakers free to follow his recipe the old-fashioned way?   6. I Think I will never going back to have a meat version of the bolognese pasta. This receipe is soooo good and it tates much better than the meat version. Pumpkin seed and walnuts gives a really nice crunchyness. And it is pack of full falour but not as heavy as the meat version. Perfect!! Love it!!

  10. これ作って見たんだけど、ありえないほど美味しかった。
    くるみにコクがあるから、深みが出てめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。高級な味?めっちゃ美味しいとにかく。くるみが細かいから麺に良く絡んで、ちゃんと味がして美味しかった。食感はお肉みたいだったよ。
