Ingredients:

1 bag of kale
1/4 red paprika
2 radishes
Cottage cheese appropriate amount

Instructions:

1. Take the core of the kale, cut the leaves into 2 cm wide strips, and leave them in the water.
2. Slice red paprika and radishes
3. Drain the kale, mix with paprika and radishes, and pour on a plate in a wreath.
4. Sprinkle cottage cheese loosened from above and sprinkle with your favorite dressing to complete

【材料】
・ケール　…　1袋　
・赤パプリカ　…　1/4個　
・ラディッシュ　…　2個　
・カッテージチーズ　…　適量　

【作り方】
1．ケールは芯をとり、葉の部分を2センチ幅の千切りにし、水にさらしておく
2．赤パプリカとラデッシュをスライスする
3．ケールの水をきり、パプリカとラデッシュと混ぜて、お皿にリース状に盛る
4．上からほぐしたカッテージチーズを振りかけてお好みのドレッシングをかけて完成

【コツ】
・赤パプリカをできるだけ薄く切ると、しんなりしてなじむのでおしゃれに見えます。
