Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes Recipe | Roasted Sweet Potatoes With Maple Syrup | Cooking Up Love

Our Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes are tossed with a maple syrup buttery glaze, and roasted until tender and golden brown. This simple side dish cooks alongside our Butter Roasted Chicken for a delicious family meal that everyone is sure to love!

Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes Ingredients
3 – 4 sweet potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 oz maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste

Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, and slice into slices about 1/4 inch thick. Melt 1/4 cup of butter, and combine the slices and butter on a sheet pan, spreading the slices in a single layer. Roast for 10 minutes, and flip the slices. Return to the oven and roast until soft and golden, about 10 – 15 minutes.

To make glazed sweet potatoes, mix the remaining 1/4 cup butter with 2 oz maple syrup, and drizzle over the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
