Easy Quiche Muffins | Ham, Cheese & Broccoli Mini Quiche Recipe
If you’re a fan of our mini frittatas (also known as fluffy egg cups), then you’ll definitely want to give these quiche cups a try. Quiche is an egg-based dish that features a smooth and creamy filling with a buttery and flaky pie crust. It is creamier than a frittata and less eggy than an omelette, which means it requires a longer cooking time. To make things quicker and easier, this recipe uses brioche bread instead of a pie crust and the egg-to-cream ratio has been adjusted from traditional quiches. These freshly baked mini quiches are perfect for a quick and balanced breakfast bite on the go!

Looks good very nice
Great idea !!
Refrigerate the leftovers and reheat in an air fryer (at 350°F /177°C for 2-3 minutes). It will make the crust perfectly crisp, so it tastes even better than right out of the oven.
Note: After trying out a bunch of crust alternatives for quiche, I've found that brioche bread, especially that firm, dense kind, is the clear winner. Its sweet and buttery flavor mimics a classic pie crust perfectly, providing a nice contrast to the savory quiche filling. Biscuit dough can get a bit too soggy, and crescent dough introduces an unwanted saltiness and chewy texture.
Thanks for sharing. 👍😎👍♥️😊
Beautiful and perfect look . must be very delicious 🎉
Looks great – I would also try the same basic with smoked salmon and asparagus – Thanks for the idea!

What I like is that they can be made it looks like in a toaster oven instead of regular size oven. And I like its servings for ONE Are you making these in a mini muffin pan or a regular size muffin pan?

Oh, this glass measure cup again! 😍 I love it!
If you use a rolling pin and flatten the rounds slightly, they will fit better in the cups.
My 20 yr old daughter made these for her college friends with her cupcake maker! They turned out great!
Sorry it might be a good video but I want more interaction with the chef talking
