Make these delicious Snickers Oat Cookies at home! They’re quick, easy, and healthy, with a perfect mix of chocolate, peanut butter, and banana. These cookies are gluten-free and naturally sweetened, making them the perfect guilt-free treat.

Ingredients:

• 1 ripe banana (mashed)
• ¼ cup organic peanut butter (or any nut butter)
• 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
• 1 cup rolled oats (sprouted, gluten-free if preferred)
• ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
• ⅓ cup chopped peanuts

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, and honey. Stir in the oats until well combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped peanuts. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, flattening each portion slightly (this recipe makes about 7 cookies. Add extra chocolate chips on top if desired. Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, until the cookies are set and golden.
