3 Mini Pumpkin Pound Cake Recipe

Here’s how to prep and cook these delicious Pound Cakes

Ingredients:

Cake:

1+1/2 cups (200g) – Flour
1+1/2 tsp – Cinnamon
1/2 tsp – Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp – Nutmeg
1/4 tsp – Ground Cloves
1 tsp – Baking Powder
1 tsp – Baking Soda
1 tsp – Salt
1 cup (120g) – Brown Sugar
1/2 cup (110g) – Unsalted Butter
1 cup (200g) – Pumpkin Puree
2 – Eggs

Glaze:

1/2 cup (110g) – Unsalted Butter
1 cup (120g) – Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp – Maple Syrup

How to prepare it:

Combine all the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Coat your cake trays with cooking spray and a sprinkle of flour.
Pour in your cake mixture and bake for 45-50 min in a preheated oven at 350°F(175°C). After it has been cooked, let the cakes cool for 10-15 minutes before moving them onto a wire rack.

For the glaze, melt the butter in a small saucepan and continue cooking it until it turns slightly brown in color. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Then add your sugar and maple syrup and mix well.

Pour the glaze over your cooled pound cakes.
