Amazake Easy Recipe 魔法瓶で簡単 紅白甘酒

i made Japanese traditional sweet fermented rice drink”Amazake” with thermos bottle easily.
this drink is summer drink but most of Japanese drink it in winter for warm themselves. today,The coldest season(we call it “Daikan”) sets in on the calendar,so i made this;)

ingredients

red Amazake
rice malt 100g
hot water(70degrees) 100ml
cooking liquid 50ml
boiled redbeans 2tbsps

dry red beans(for boil)50g
natural food dye red
rice crackers

white Amazake
rice malt 100g
hot water 150ml
rice crackers

大寒ということもあり、魔法瓶で簡単にできる紅白甘酒を作ってみました。材料を魔法瓶に入れて6時間放置するのみです。白い方はとっても簡単。麹100%なので、お湯やホットミルクなどで割って飲むと、とってもおいしいですよ~(゚∇^*)

材料
白い甘酒
米麹 100g
お湯 150cc(70度)

赤い甘酒
米麹 100g
お湯 100cc(70度)
小豆のゆで汁 50cc
ゆで小豆 大さじ2

ゆでるための小豆は50gは柔らかくなるまでしっかり火を通し、残りはきび砂糖などを加えてあんこにするとぜんざいも作れちゃいます。
