今回は焼きドーナツのご紹介です！
紫芋とさつまいもをトッピングしたとても美味しい焼きドーナツが仕上がりました。秋はたくさん美味しい食材があるので何を作るか迷ってしまうくらいですね！簡単に自宅でドーナツは作ることができるおやつの一つです。色々とアレンジして普通のドーナツ以外もたまには作ってみるのも面白いと思いました😂👍
紫芋はなかなか手に入らないので紫芋のパウダーを使って簡単にペーストが作れるので、ドーナツやパンにだけでなく幅広く使うことができるのでおすすめです♥️是非試してみて下さいね👍👍

● 生地分量 ●

強力粉 300g
砂糖 20g
ドライイースト 6g
塩 6g
温めたお湯 185g
無塩バター 20g

●トッピング●

紫芋パウダー　30g
さつまいも　適量
胡麻　少々
卵(塗り卵用)
バター　適量
グラニュー糖　適量

※さつまいもはカットして水に10分浸し、ボウルかタッパーに入れて600wの電子レンジで3分加熱します。

※焼成
190℃に予熱したオーブンで
18分焼きます。

Purple sweet potatoes are hard to come by, so you can easily make a paste using purple sweet potato powder, so you can use it for a wide range of things, not just donut bread.

● Dough amount ●

300g strong flour
20g sugar
6g dry yeast
6g salt
185g warm water
20g unsalted butter

● Topping ●

Purple sweet potato powder 30g
Appropriate amount of sweet potato
A little sesame
Egg (for coating)
Appropriate amount of butter
Granulated sugar appropriate amount

* Cut the sweet potato, soak it in water for 10 minutes, put it in a bowl or Tupperware and heat it in a 600w microwave for 3 minutes.

* Firing
in an oven preheated to 190°C
Bake for 18 minutes.
