1/4 cup of Oat
Blueberry
Coconut oil for fry
====

🧑‍🍳 Anti-inflammatory Soup
1 broccoli
2 courgettes
3 carrots
2 medium sweet potato
1 onion
3 garlic
1 tablespoon of turmeric
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1,500 liters of water
3 cups of baby spinach (optional)

🧑‍🍳Carrot Cake
2 carrots
2 eggs
1/2 cup of olive oil or coconut oil
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups of gluten-free flour for cake
1 tsp of baking powder
Topping: Melt Dark Chocolate
===

🧑‍🍳Pizza Dough Gluten-Free (First time make it😅)
3 tbsp whole psyllium husk
420ml lukewarm water
2 tsp olive oil
1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
120g brown rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch or equal weight of cornstarch (US)/cornflour (UK)
80 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) buckwheat or oat flour instead
1 tbsp of sugar ( I used Brown sugar)
2 tsp. instant yeast
1 tsp salt

Make the psyllium gel: Mix the psyllium husk and lukewarm water in a bowl. After about 30-45 seconds, a loose gel will form. Add the olive oil and vinegar to the psyllium gel and mix well to combine.

In a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer (if using), whisk together the brown rice flour, tapioca starch, buckwheat flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Mix and add the psyllium gel-oil-vinegar mixture.Combine everything well

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and, with floured hands, gently knead it and shape it into a ball.Live for rest for about 2 hours or until they’re noticeably puffy.

Start pre-heating the oven as soon as the pizza bases start proofing; you need it to be thoroughly pre-heated for the best end result. 🤭 —–)) I skipped this step and later regretted it. The dough wasn’t very similar to normal pizza. so don’t jump. I will do it again. But it was still good.

When it is brown, you can take it and add your favourite topping. I add homemade pizza sauce, vegan cheese, roast chicken breast, sweet pepper, and onion. Take it back to the oven to bake, melt, and brown.
