今日はクリスマスシーズンにピッタリのモンブランのレシピを紹介します。
やさしい甘みのさつまいもと抹茶の風味が絶妙！
まるでクリスマスツリーのようなケーキはパーティーシーンでも喜ばれること間違いなしですよ♪

【レシピ】
［材料（4個分）］
土台
・パイ生地 6cmセルクル×4枚分

モンブランクリーム
・さつまいも★ 100g
・グラニュー糖 20g
・生クリーム 30g
・抹茶パウダー 2g

チーズクリーム
・さつまいも★ 50g
・クリームチーズ 100g
・グラニュー糖 30g

飾り
・アラザン 適量

［作り方］
1. パイ生地をセルクルで抜き、フォークで全体に穴を開ける。
2. パイ生地を200℃のオーブンで、金網で潰しながら20〜25分程度焼く。
3. ★のさつまいもをゆでる。やわらかくなったらそれぞれ100gと50gに分ける。
4. 温かいうちに、それぞれのさつまいもにグラニュー糖を加えるてめん棒でつぶす。
5. 4のさつまいも100gの方に生クリームを加えて滑らかになるまで混ぜ、裏ごし器でこす。ふるった抹茶パウダーを加えて混ぜる。
6. クリームチーズをゴムベラで練ってやわらかくし、4のさつまいも50gの方に加えて混ぜる。
7. パイ生地に6のクリームチーズを絞り、パレットナイフで三角になるようにならす。
8. 7に5のモンブランクリームを絞って、アラザンをかざる。

[Recipe]
Ingredients, 4 pcs
Crust
– Puff pastry, 4 sheets of 6cm mousse ring

Mont Blanc Cream
– 100g Sweet potato ★
– 20g Granulated sugar
– 30g Heavy cream
– 2g Powdered green tea

Cheese cream
– 50g Sweet potato ★
– 100g Cream cheese
– 30g Granulated sugar

Garnish
– Argent as you like

Preparation
1. Cut-out puff pastry with mousse ring and make holes over all with a fork.
2. Bake the puff pastries in the oven at 200°C for about 20 to 25 minutes by pressing with gridiron.
3. Boil the sweet potatoes ★. When softened, divide into 100g and 50g.
4. While warm, add granulated sugar to each separated potatoes and mash with rolling pin.
5. Add heavy cream in the bowl of 100g potatoes (4), mash until softened and strain. Add sifted powdered green tea and stir.
6. Knead cream cheese until softened and put into the bowl of 50g potatoes (4), and stir.
7. Squeeze cream cheese (6) onto the pastries and make it smooth with palette knife to be triangular pyramid.
8. Squeeze the Mont Blanc cream (5) onto (7) and garnish with argent.
