Chiffon Cake is a very light cake made with flour,eggs,sugar and vegetables oil. I made a step by step method for an easy to understand for a beginner and to those who failed many times in making Chiffon.

We need:

20 cm chiffon cake mold

eggs (5 eggyolk) + (6 white eggs)
sugar 100g for eggyolk + 20g eggwhites
milk 100ml ( or water)
vegetable oil 80 ml
Flour. 120g
vanilla essence (optional)

pre heat oven 180°C = 40 mins

シフォンケーキ (予熱 180 = 40 分
直径20cm

卵 (5卵黄 +6卵白)
砂糖 100g卵黄 + 20g卵白
牛乳 100 ml (もしくわ水)
サラダ油 80ml
薄力粉. 120g
