🐱 Blueberry Tarts (24 mini tarts)
For Crust
3 cups flour (420g)
4 tbsp granulated sugar (60g)
1 cup chilled butter (225g)
2 large egg yolks
1 tbsp ice cold water (15ml)
2 tbsp cold lemon juice (30ml)

For filling
3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (450g)
1/3 cup granulated sugar (70g)
2 tbsp water (30ml)

1 tbsp cornstarch (8g)
2 tbsp water (30ml)

1 cup fresh blueberries (150g) for topping
