Teddy Bear Cinnamon Namayatsuhashi (Mochi) 【電子レンジで簡単テディーベア生八つ橋】

This is a recipe for the famous Kyoto Souvenir – Namayatsuhashi (Cinnamon Mochi).
お子さんと一緒に作れる簡単でかわいい生八つ橋のレシピです。

Ingredients
80g Non-Glutinous Rice Flour (Joshinko or Rice Flour for baking)
20g Glutinous Rice Flour (Mochiko or Shiratamako)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (This is to go in with the flour which I forgot in the video)
80g Sugar
1/2 cup (120ml) Warm Water
1 Tbsp Kinako (Roasted Soybean Powder)
Red or White Bean Paste

もち粉又は白玉粉 20g
砂糖       80g
ぬるま湯     120ml
シナモン     小さじ1/2
きな粉      大さじ1
あんこ      適量

I have a lovely bat cookie/okashi cutter from the Nishiki markets that I shall use for this recipe – with their wings wrapped around the shiroan like they are hugging the moon <3 thank you for your wonderful recipes! You do not list the water quantity in the ingredients list – this would useful to include.
    Also perhaps put in brackets by the text for cinnamon: (add this at the beginning with the flour – I forgot to do this in the video)

  2. I think maybe if you want to simulate Nikki but don't have access to it, maybe adding ginger root would help make it more spicy? Just an idea! Loved the video!
