Healthy and Chewy Oatmeal Cookies | No Sugar, No Flour | Quick and Easy Recipe

These healthy Oatmeal Cookies are soft, chewy and moist inside, very delicious and nutritious. Great idea for breakfast or morning tea.
You’ll definitely love them! Sugar Free, Gluten Free.

Ingredients:
100g/ 1 heaped packed cup pitted dates
85ml/ 1/3 cup boiling water
1 egg
3 tbsp agave/maple syrup or honey
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted/other plain oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
115g/ 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
55g/ ½ cup flaked almonds/other chopped nuts
22g/ ¼ cup desiccated coconut
80g/ ½ cup raisins/sultanas or cranberries
90g/ ¾ cup almond meal/almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 20 min. Cool on the tray for 5 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
