From POPSUGAR Food

INGREDIENTS

3 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
12 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Thoroughly grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Add the granulated sugar and cinnamon to a resealable plastic bag, seal it, and shake until combined. Separate the dough into the biscuit rounds, and then cut each into quarters. Add them to the bag in two batches; shake to coat.

Arrange the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan.

Whisk together the butter and brown sugar. Pour it over the biscuits.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and no longer doughy in the middle. Serve warm.

  1. 😬😬😬😬😨😨😨 those pieces are HUGE. And she shoved two cans in before shaking?! Nonono no.

If the biscuits are grands or jumbo. Cut them up even smaller and shake them in smaller batches to thoroughly coat each piece entirely with cinnsugar.

When I saw that monstrosity come out of the plastic Ziploc I almost sh*t a brick.

No. Just no. I'd buy a pre made monkey bread from Walmart before ever making it as shown in this video.

  2. Followed your recipe to the "T" Was very disappointed. Raw dough in the middle and it overflowed the bunt pan. Gonna try again but will adjust the amount of ingredients.

  3. Mother nature says a big "thank you" for using a cooking spray in a can, canned biscuit dough and mixing cinnamon and sugar in a plastic bag instead of just using a little bowl

  4. Please help. I made this and it did NOT turn out right. The brown sugar/butter mixture made the dough on the bottom/middle really soggy and it wouldn’t cook properly. I flipped everything upside down in the pan to give the pieces on the bottom a chance to cook but after nearly double the time in the oven there was still a lot of soggy bits. It really wasn’t great.

  5. Your recipe says 3 cans of biscuits but you clearly have 4 cans and 2 different sizes. So how many of what size can please? Thanks!

  6. Loved the technique you used by dropping dough into the zip lock bag & shaking to coat! I've never made monkey bread but i will now! Looks easy & delicious! Thank you! 😊

  7. If you’ve noticed all the hate in the comment section then realize it’s because YouTube has taken away the power of the “thumbs down” and if you have any sense you will realize that when you take away peoples power they find a way. Stop censorship on social media and grow some skin!
