Hi lovelies, do you like going to restaurants? I do less and less the more time passes. I guess the problem is that the more I learn to cook and bake myself, the harder it is to satisfy me😅 So I very rearly get blown away by any food I eat out. However, there is one place here in Dortmund that has already inspired me for two different recipes. Last time I was there I tried their Pumpkin Curry Quiche and man it was so delicious! When I told about it to my boyfriend he was surprised and said it has been a long time he has heard that from me after I have been eating out😅 I also decided then that I want to re-create this recipe and that is what I have for you today. This is a savory pumpkin recipe with a hint of curry and some pumpkin pie spice. A perfect fall recipe to fall in love with!😊 Happy Baking Lovelies!
