Ingredients:
200g whole pastry flour
60g oil (I used untoasted sesame oil)
60g liquid sweetener (I used maple syrup)
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon(you could add clove, nutmeg, all spice etc)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Roll out and shape it into your favorite shape.
3. Bake at 350F/180C for 12 minutes

全粒薄力粉 200g
太白胡麻油 60g
メープルシロップ 60g
生姜 小さじ1
シナモン 小さじ1/2
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/2
*作り方*
1、すべての材料を混ぜ合わせます。
2、5mmほどの薄さに伸ばして、クッキー型で形を抜き取ります。
3、180℃のオーブンで12分焼きます。

何故か水分が足りなくて、油を足してみたり、豆乳をちょっと入れてみたりしたのですがなかなか生地がまとまりにくくて伸ばすのが一苦労でした。こういう場合は何を足すのが良いのでしょうか?あと、動画での生地の硬さはどのくらいなのか教えて下さい。味は美味しかったです。
