80歳を迎える母を、ドキュメントすることに決めた映像作家の僕（速水雄輔）
家族と向き合う時間から、自分自身が見えてくる。
自分のことや家族のことに目を向けず外の世界とばかり向き合ってきたように思う。仕事のこと、社会のこと。
でも自分のことや家族のこと、案外分かっていない。
母の手料理で育った僕は、母との接点に「食」を見た。
This is my diary about my mother and her cooking,
Spend some time with my mother refreshes me and going back to my own roots.
Ah, how much I neglected the family all those years… I don’t even know where to start a conversation with my mother…
That’s why I have decided to film her cooking.
My best ability is filming as I am a filmmaker, her best ability is cooking.
