大好きなさつま芋を使ったパンが食べたくて焼いてみました。
※ビニールは厚さ0.02㎜以上マチなしをお使い下さい。大きさは38×32㎝のものを使用しています。
₋材料(18cmスクエア型)-
★強力粉 200g
★砂糖 15g
★塩 2g
★ドライイースト 3g
バター 10g
牛乳 120g
卵 20g
さつまいも甘煮(市販)150g

– Ingredients(18cm Square) –
★ 200g Bread Flour
★ 15g  Sugar
★ 2g  Salt
★ 3g Dry yeast
10g  Butter
120g  Milk
20g Egg
150g Sweet potato sweet stew

– Method –
1. Put the ingredients marked with ★ in a plastic bag.
2. Heat milk and Egg in a microwave oven at 500W for 40 seconds.
3. After mixing the ingredients in the plastic bag, add milk with eggs and butter.
4. Knead the dough for 7 minutes.
5. Ferment at 35-40 ° C for 40 minutes.
6. Punch the dough on the board and then roll it. Bench time 10 minutes.
7. Spread the dough. About 25x 27 cm.Sprinkle the sesame seeds and cut sweet potatoes all over the dough.
8. Roll the dough and cut it into nine.
9.Set the dough into a bread shape with an oven sheet.
10.Ferment at 40 ° C for 20 minutes.
11. After preheating the oven at 190 ℃, bake for 180 ℃ for 15 minutes.
