  2. The idea that sugar would just offgas when starch and cellulose are fundamentally the same is strange. Of course, nothing would be a better demonstration of this than, well, a demonstration, along with the fats I suggested before – I think some sort of material would be left in both cases, but especially the sugar. This is why these would make an interesting episode, they would be directly educational.
