Use for red Velvet Cake) Premix
Maida (all purpose flour) – 2 cups
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Baking powder -2 tsp
Baking soda -1 tsp
Coco powder 1 tsp
Salt -1 pinche
red food colour -1/4 tsp
gel colour 5,6 drops
curd – 1/2 cup
refined oil -1/2 cup
suger powder -1 cup 1 tbsp
milk – 1 cup 1 tbsp
For Chees Frosting
paneer – 200g
Vanilla essence 1tsp
suger – 1/3 cup
milk – 4 tbsp

Baking time & Temperature
OTG – 30 minutes
Settings – lower rod
Temprature – 180°C
Preheat -10 minutes,deul rods,180°C

In kadhai & cooker
Preheat -10 minutes on high flame
Bake on low flame for 45-50 minutes

wipped cream -750
silver beads – 30-35
