This is why the Japanese are the world's longest living people. So much Japanese food is cooked from healthy, fresh fruits, vegetables, rice etc and so much of it is homemade, and not made from packaged and highly-processed food like so many westerners eat. Your mother's cooking looks delicious 😍.
