since lunar year is coming up, i thought i would make a cny themed dessert! ill be sharing how to make cow icebox cookies for the year of the ox~
i’d also love to have these cows anytimee – this technique would be great with other colors or even shapes as well! ♡ //

💌 ingredients:

butter mixture:
200g butter
150g p sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt

black dough:
100g mixture + 90g cake flour + 10g cocoa

white dough:
300g mixture + 290g cake flour

colored dough:
red: 230g white dough + red food coloring
white: 200g white dough
pink: 120g white dough + pink food coloring
yellow: 30g white dough + yellow food coloring

バターミックス:
無塩バター　200g
粉糖　　　　150g
卵　　　　　1個
塩　　　　　小さじ1/4

黒い生地:
バターミックス　100g + 薄力粉 90g + ココアパウダー　10g

白い生地:
バターミックス　300g + 薄力粉 290g

生地:
赤: 白い生地　230g + 食紅　赤
白: 白い生地　200g
ピンク: 白い生地　120g + 食紅　ピンク
黄色: 白い生地　30g + 食紅　黄色
