I make this Healthy pancakes every morning with oatmeal! The best 10-minute recipe for weight loss!

1 cup oatmeal 100g
1 cup milk/plant milk 200 ml
spring onion
1 carrot (small)
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
40g cheese
Sesame seeds
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C (350 °F)
Or fry in the pan until become golden brown on both sides.

3 tbsp yogurt
Dried mint
3 tsp ketchup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
