4 – No-Egg Cakes That are SO Fluffy, It’s Like a Cloud! (Easy & Delicious)

Hello Everyone!

Whipping up a cake with no eggs couldn’t be easier. There are so many variations and tastes to explore. I hope you enjoy these cakes as much as my family and friends did.

Homemade Whip Cream Recipe:
Whip Cream (recipe will frost a layer cake, 13×9 or a bundt cake, you’ll probably have some left over to enjoy!) If you are only frosting a 13×9, you can reduce the recipe to half.
-3 C. Heavy Whipping Cream
-1 C. Confectioner’s Sugar (Powder Sugar)
-2 t. Vanilla Extract

*******Bake cakes according to box directions, check them at the times I suggested*******

Lemon Cake:
1- 15.25 oz Box Lemon Cake Mix
12 oz. Sprite Soda or Mountain Dew
Optional: 1 T. Lemon Zest
Frosting:
1 or 2 Tubes (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 t. Lemon/Lime Zest

Devil’s Food Cake/Chocolate Cake:
1-15.25 oz Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix
12 oz. Coca Cola, Cherry Cola, Root Beer
Frosting:
1- 3.9 oz. Box (4 1/2 C. serving size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
3 T. Dutch Processed Coco Powder or Unsweetened Coco Powder
1 C. Milk (whole or 2%)
1 Tube (8oz.) Cool Whip

Yellow Cake:
1-15.25 oz. Box Yellow Cake Mix
12 oz. Orange, Strawberry, Pineapple or Sprite Soda
Icing:
3/4 C. Confectioner’s Sugar (powder sugar)
1-2 T. Milk, add more depending on how thick or thin you want your icing
1 t. Orange Zest (you can add any additions to your icing based on the soda you choose to use)

Red Velvet Cake:
1-15.25 oz. Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
12 oz. Dr. Pepper, Cherry Cola, Coca Cola
Frosting: (recipe can be doubled)
6 T. Salted Butter Soft
4 oz. Soft Cream Cheese
3/4 C. Confectioner’s Sugar (powder sugar)
1/2 t. Vanilla Extract

Other Cake Combinations:
Vanilla Cake with; Root Beer, Orange, Strawberry or Pineapple Soda
Carrot Cake with; Ginger Ale

  1. Those look marvelous Sis, yes ma’am I love Cake Mixes using Soda!! My Dad’s side of the family called it Pop and my Mom’s side called it Soda Water. I call it Soda. Great Cakes!!
