One of my quick easy daily protein shakes I make minutes before leaving my front door for work every morning. In this lockdown as I have more time and tr to avoid wasting any fruit vegetables I have – I try to add strawberries and blueberries to my daily mix.
Sometimes I add PB2 (peanut powder), coffee, hemp powder, cacao….whatever comes to hand really 😃
