1 Squeeze out as much moisture as possible from tofu. You can press tofu by using two flat plates and big wine bottle or books.
(You can also buy extra firm tofu from store if you wanna cut this process.)
2 Toss your cut tofu in olive oil or butter on the pan.
3 Bake until tofu cubes are golden.
4 At the end, add soy sauce and green onions. Then bake for a while.
