What went into this incredible dish:
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground flaxseed powder
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 tsp salt
For the topping syrup:
2 tbsp greek yoghurt (add a dash of water for a runny texture)
1 /2 tsp cinnamon powder
