Avocado sandwich! (Quick breakfast recipe)

Avocado sandwich eggs is a very nutritious way to start your day. You are getting a combination of fiber, protein, and healthy fats. In addition, both eggs and avocados are super nutrient-rich and contain many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

So simple and delicious, this avocado sandwich recipe is perfect when you need a quick and nutritious breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
1 spoon of butter
1 spoon cooking oil
1/2 lemon
1 garlic clove
1/2 an onion
a pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
roasted simsim (optional)
ketchup

Method

Place the avocado in a bowl and add the lime juice and salt. Mash with a fork to the desired consistency. It can be as chunky or smooth as you like.

On low to medium heat place a cooking pan and put a spoonful of butter, wait till it melts and fry the 2 slices of bread on both sides to golden brown.

In another bowl best 2 eggs, add the diced garlic and onions and mix well.

Pour a spoonful of cooking oil on the pan over low to medium heat and fry the eggs.

Spread the mashed avocado on one slice of fried bread and garnish with powdered black pepper, roasted simsim seeds and ketchup, put the eggs then place the second piece of fried bread on top and enjoy.😋
