【レモンパウンドケーキ🍋】爽やかレモンがかおる、パウンドケーキの作り方、レシピ How to make rice flour matcha white chocolate muffin
春になりましたね！
今の時期に食べたくなる爽やかなケーキ！
国産のレモンが手に入ったので作ってみました🌟
ぜひお家で手作りしてみてくださいね！
材料 パウンド型1台分
卵 2つ
グラニュー糖 95g
塩 ひとつまみ
アーモンドプードル 25g
ベーキングパウダー 3g
薄力粉 80g
レモンの皮 2つ分
レモンの果汁 1つ分
無塩バター 100g
粉糖 90g
レモン汁 17g
レモンの皮 1/2
作り方
１、レモンの皮をすりおろし、レモンを絞って果汁を取ります。
２、卵とグラニュー糖、すりおろしたレモンの皮を加えて混ぜます。
３、大きめのボウルに薄力粉、アーモンドプードル、ベーキングパウダーをふるい入れます。
４、３に２を加えて混ぜます。
5、溶かしバターを加えてさらに混ぜます。
６、レモン汁を加えて混ぜます。
７、クッキングシートを敷いた型に生地を流します。
８、オーブンは170度に予熱しておきます。
９、170度のオーブンで45分焼きます。15分経ったら包丁で真ん中に切り込みを入れます。
１０、レモン汁と粉糖を混ぜます。
１１、冷えたケーキに１０をかけます、お好みですりおろしたレモンの皮をトッピング！

Spring has come, hasn’t it?
This is a refreshing cake that you will want to eat this time of year!
I made this cake because I was able to get some Japanese lemons 🌟.
Please try making it at home!
Ingredients for 1 pound cake pan
2 eggs
95 g granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
25 g almond pudding
3 g baking powder
80 g flour
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon
100 g unsalted butter
90 g powdered sugar
17 g lemon juice
1/2 lemon rind
Method of preparation
Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
Add the eggs, granulated sugar, and grated lemon zest.
Sift the flour, almond pudding, and baking powder into a large bowl.
4. Add the second mixture to the third.
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Add lemon juice and mix.
Pour the dough into a mold lined with a cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
After 15 minutes, cut a slit in the center with a knife.
10. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar.
11. Pour the 10 mixture over the cooled cake and top with grated lemon zest, if desired!
