Hello Youtubers!

Technically the jelly is not healthy but I personally eat it in small quantities to kill sugar cravings! If you have any alternative tips to combat sugar cravings, let me know 🙂

**********Strawberry chia pudding pots**********
⦁ 2 packets of Truvia
⦁ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
⦁ 40g (1/4 cup) of chia seeds
⦁ 250ml (1 cup) of almond milk
⦁ 500g (4 cups) boxes strawberries
⦁ coconut shreds (optional)

Blend together milk, truvia, vanilla extract and half the quantities of strawberries (i.e 250g which is 2 cups). Leave the remainder of the strawberries to decorate.

Pour liquid into a mason jar and stir in chia seeds.

To make a chia pudding parfait layer muesli, strawberries and chia pudding until the glasses are full. Optional sprinkle of coconut shreds on top.

Wrap the glasses in cling wrap and leave overnight in the fridge.

**********Veggie Wraps**********

I simply filled my rye wrap with rocket leaves (arugula), grated carrot, avocado, boiled egg wedges, beetroot, fresh tomatoes, celery strips and sundried tomatoes.

I sprinkled on some black pepper seasoning.

**********Coconutty Banana Protein Smoothie**********

Blend 125ml (1/4c) coconut milk and iced water, one scoop of pea and brown rice protein powder, 1/2 tbs lucuma, chia + wildcrafted coconut powder, frozen chunks of banana. Optional sprinkle of coconut shreds

********** Spinach Egg White Omelette**********

⦁ olive oil
⦁ handful of chopped spring onions
⦁ 250ml (1/2c) liquid egg whites
⦁ Large handful of spinach
⦁ Mrs dash lemon pepper herb seasoning
⦁ Handful sweetcorn
⦁ Small handful sesame seeds

1. Spray pan with olive oil, turn on heat and add spring onions.
2. Add egg white, spinach, sesame seeds and seasoning.
3. I served mine with spinach wilted in a hot pan with some olive oil and sesame seeds.

********** Veggie Crackers**********

⦁ One cup of veggie pulp
⦁ 3/4c LSA (ground linseed sunflower seeds and almonds)
⦁ Cajun seasoning, black pepper and sea salt

Mix ingredients together and flatten out the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper.

Spread mixture quite thinly to get a crispier result at the end.

Add salt and spray with olive oil.

Cut squares into the cracker mixture.

Bake for 30 – 40 mins in oven at 400F or 200C or place in dehydrator overnight.

Flip the crackers halfway to cook underneath.

  4. The jelly could be done in a more tastier and healthier way. Use unflavored and edible jelly powder, add fresh juice instead of water! So easy and delicious !

  5. Love these kind of video's. You got yourself a new subbie ^^ I'm going to try chiaseedpudding for the very first time, since I see it everywhere now so I can't get around it anymore haha and I work out 6 times a week and so it will probably be helpful 🙂

  6. I never saw that color chia…yours look almost like sesame seeds. Mine looks more like poppy seeds.  Thank you for this wonderful video! 😀 Yum!

PS I love the omelet and the addition of sweet corn. Nice to see someone NOT afraid of corn these days..corn seems to  have become so vilified! 🙁

  10. The egg whites may be 'low calorie' and 'filling' but have you ever thought about what the chicken went through for you to be 'full'. Please consider being vegan!

  11. Hey! I'm getting into fitness and was just wondering what the difference between sugar and truvia is? Is there any evidence that it's actually better for you? Loved this video 😀 xox
