【材料】 18cm x 18cm のスクエア型
板チョコ ２枚（100g）
（チョコレートの種類はミルクとビターどちらでもOK）
無塩バター 50g
お砂糖 45g
お塩 ひとつまみ
卵 2つ
薄力粉 47g
ココアパウダー 13g
ベーキングパウダー 2g
くるみ（混ぜ込む用） 65g
くるみ（トッピング用） 15g
【作り方】
１、チョコレートを刻みます
２、ボウルに刻んだチョコレートと無塩バターを加えて半分くらい溶けるまで電子レンジにかけます。
３、しっかり混ざったら砂糖とお塩を加えてさらによく混ぜます。
４、卵をときほぐし、３に加えてさらによく混ぜます。
５、ベーキングパウダー、ココアパウダーと薄力粉を合わせておきます。
６、５を４にふるい入れます。
７、切るように混ぜて、艶が出てきたら、くるみ（混ぜ込む用）を加えて軽く混ぜます。
８、クッキングシートを敷いた型に生地を流します。
９、くるみ（トッピング用）を散らします。
１０、160度のオーブンで25分焼きます。
１１、ラップで包んで冷蔵庫で一晩寝かせます。（美味しい食べ方！）
１２、端を切り落として、お好きな大きさに切り分けます。

Speaking of Valentine’s Day, brownies are the best! This is an easy and delicious recipe!

Ingredients
2 sheets of chocolate (100g)
(You can use either milk or bitter chocolate)
50g unsalted butter
45 g sugar
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
47 g flour
13 g cocoa powder
65 g walnuts (for mixing)
15g walnuts for topping
2g baking piwder
Method
1. Chop the chocolate.
Add the chopped chocolate and unsalted butter to a bowl and microwave until half melted.
When thoroughly mixed, add the sugar and salt and mix well.
Beat the eggs, add them to the bowl and mix well.
5. Combine the bakin powder, cocoa powder and flour.
Sift 5 into 4.
When the mixture becomes glossy, add the walnuts (for mixing in) and mix lightly.
Pour the dough into a mold lined with a cookie sheet.
9. Sprinkle with walnuts (for topping).
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
11. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (Delicious way to eat!)
12. Trim the edges and cut into pieces as desired.
