Here is a rich and milky shokupan loaded with condensed milk and butter. Be cautious for when you take it out of the mold, because it is so soft that it will dent easily.
材料: 12x12x24cm 2斤
強力粉 (動画では韓国の強力粉を使用) 470g
インスタントドライイースト (耐糖 金Saf) 5.7g
砂糖 20g
塩 8.5g
加糖練乳 (コンデンスミルク) 70g
無塩バター 40g
全乳 320g
190°Cで35分焼成
Ingredients: 12x12x24cm
Bread Flour (I used Korean Bread Flour in the video) 470g
Instant Dry Yeast (Saf Gold Sweet Dough Variety) 5.7g
Sugar 20g
Salt 8.5g
Sweetened Condensed Milk 70g
Unsalted Butter 40g
Whole Milk 320g
Bake at 380°F for 35 minutes
