口の中でとろけるオレンジケーキ | 簡単シトラスパウンドケーキのレシピ
🍊Orange Pound Cake🍊
✅For the Cake Sponge:
120 grams caster sugar
Zest of 1 large orange
150 grams salted butter, room temperature (softened)
30 grams honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
75 grams sour cream, room temperature
3 eggs (approx 150 grams)
150 grams all purpose flour or plain flour
1/4th teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4th teaspoon salt (use 1/2 teaspoon salt if using unsalted butter)
✅For the Orange Soak:
30 grams orange juice
30 grams caster sugar
✅For the Orange Glaze:
80 grams icing sugar or confectioner’s sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon orange juice
✅Notes:
1. Preheat oven to 160 Celsius / 325 Fahrenheit
2. I’ve used a 7″ loaf tin greased well and one side lined with parchment paper with overhangs to helps release the cake very easily from the tin
3. Bake at 160 Celsius / 325 Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes or until a skewer / knife / toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
