The perfect dessert for a summer mood! This bright and refreshing recipe does not require an oven, and most importantly, it is absolutely gelatin-free, using agar-agar. Orange, kiwi, strawberry and banana create an incredible mix of flavors and bright colors, which makes this dessert a real decoration for any table. Simple, fast and incredibly delicious! 🌟
Ingredients:
1-kiwi
1- orange
6- fresh strawberries
1- ripe banana
150- ml milk
7- g agar-agar-15g gelatin
50 ml water
200- g condensed milk
300- g sour cream
Vanillin to taste
Rectangular food plastic mold (or any other dessert mold)
Preparation:
Preparing the fruit:
Peel and cut the kiwi, orange, strawberry and banana into small pieces.
Place the fruit in the mold, distributing it evenly along the bottom.
Preparing the agar-agar:
In a small saucepan, mix the agar-agar with water, add milk and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes until the agar-agar dissolves well.
Main mass:
In another bowl, beat the sour cream with condensed milk and vanilla until smooth.
Add the milk-agar mixture to the sour cream and mix gently.
Assembling the dessert:
Pour the resulting mass into the mold with the fruit and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the dessert hardens and acquires the desired texture.
Serving:
When the dessert has completely hardened, carefully cut it into portions. Serve, garnished with fresh berries or mint for additional flavor.
