Gingerbread Man Christmas Cookies Recipe
Eggless Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (you can even use white granulated sugar)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4tsp ground Nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground Clove
1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2-3 tbsp Warm Water (can add more or less to adjust the dough like consistency
1/4 Cocoa Powder
2 Cups Maida (APF)
Bind into a dough. Chill for 2-3 hours
Roll out with a rolling pin to around a 1/4 inch thick on to a parchment paper or rolling mat
Using a cookie cutter cut into desired shape.
Bake at 165 degree Celcius for 10-12 mins
Once completely cool.
Decorate the cookies using melted white chocolate.
