STRAWBERRY YOGURT MUFFINS*贅沢イチゴヨーグルトマフィン*
It’s strawberry season!! Strawberries are so delicious no matter how you eat them.
But this is one of my favorite ways to enjoy strawberries, Strawberry Muffins🍓
Very easy recipe! You should try!!
今の時期しか作れない贅沢たっぷり苺のマフィンはいかがですか？
おやつにはもちろん、朝食に食べても幸せな気分にしてくれます！今回はヨーグルトも入れてヘルシー且つしっとりマフィンに仕上げました。よかったらお試しください♪
For 9 muffins
◾️INGREDIENTS
250g strawberry（4 strawberries for topping）
135g all purpose flour
135g whole wheat pastry flour
150g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
80g neutral-flavored oil（ex. Avocado oil）
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
150g plain yogurt
oats for topping（optional）

◾️材料
いちご 250g（4個ぶんほどトッピング用）
薄力粉 135g
全粒粉 135g
砂糖 150g（今回は、てん菜糖使用）
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2
シナモン 小さじ2
塩 小さじ1
油 80g（アボカドオイルなど）
卵 2個
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ2
プレーンヨーグルト 150g
オートミールをお好みでトッピングとして
