Kurikinton recipe おせち料理・栗きんとんのレシピ・作り方

Kurikinton made from chestnut and sweet potato.
This is Japanese traditiona food and special New Year’s food.

ingredients for 4-6
sweet chestnut 12
satsumaimo(sweet potato ) 400g
sugar 1/2cup
mirin 75cc
honey 30cc
salt little
kuchinashinomi(yellow coloring matter) 2

栗きんとんはその黄金色から商売繁盛・金運アップなど豊さを招くという意味があるそうです。

材料 (6人分)
栗甘煮(市販品) 12粒(混ぜる用と盛り付け用にそれぞれ6粒)
さつまいも 400gくらい
砂糖 1/2カップ
みりん 大さじ5
はちみつ 大さじ2
塩 少々
くちなしの実 2個
