Banoffee Overnight Oats 🍌🍮 #SweetBreakfast #VeganMorning

Recipe :

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 small ripe banana, mashed
2 tbsp vegan yogurt (or Greek yogurt for non-vegan)
1 tbsp almond butter
Optional toppings: banana slices, crushed vegan biscuits, or a drizzle of caramel sauce
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, mashed banana, vegan yogurt, and almond butter. Stir well to mix.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats soften and thicken.
Stir before serving. Add toppings like banana slices, crushed vegan biscuits, or a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
Enjoy cold or gently warmed. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
