I wen't Vegan a month ago after watching Forks over Knives and Reading Dr. McDougall's book. I bought their cookbooks but none of them are as easy in daily use as you're book is! I can't wait to buy your cookbook! Thanks for making these recipes oil free. I also have to say that after buying several vegan cookbooks, I'm usually very dissatisfied with the methods and ingredients because they go against my common sense practices as a cook, so I don't know why I'm surprised when these vegan recipes turn out tasting bad or having strange textures, but everything you make on your channel looks delicious, makes sense, and the recipes are easy to replicate at home. Keep up the good work!

I am a bit new to clean / vegan eating. I would like to make sure the soy I eat is non-gmo so when you instruct putting miso in…what is an alternative mixture to the soy? Also….just while I'm typing this I see your post that you reversed heart problems which excites me. My Dr.'s gave me a diagnosis of heart failure and say I will always need meds for it but I would like to prove them wrong. Were you able to get off your meds? Did you have heart failure?

I have just decided to go vegan this year.. I have tried several different things in my lifetime like I've been a vegetarian.. But I wasn't like totally devoted to it I guess you would say.. But umm I turned 44 and I have gained a lot of weight and I've had a lot of health problems.. And I was searching on the YouTube about some vegan meals.. and I gotta say I cannot wait to try some of your recipe…You make it look so easy.. And your looks so good

One as a gift for my mom and brother (both vegans. converted to the dark side by me muahahhaaha) to share and one for me (vegan too, partly thanks to you and other youtube vegan cooks who showed me that vegan food is extremely edible). I hope you start making new recipes. Not only are you promoting a cruelty-free diet, you're promoting a healthy one. Your recipes are not only healthy but they're also super delicious. I applaud you for following a wholefood diet so closely. From what I can tell it is the healthiest. I don't mind if you don't make videos so often. But I wish you would come back soon if you can.
