今日は私のお気に入り、リンゴのマフィンをご紹介します。
生地にヨーグルトと卵白が入っているので、信じられないほどふわっふわ、シナモンの香りが食をそそります。🤤

（ジャンボマフィン6個、ふつうサイズ12個分）
材料：

☆シナモンアップル

りんご　　　　　　　　1個　(230g)
無塩バター　　　　 28g　
ブラウンシュガー 50g
シナモン 　　 小 2

☆マフィン生地

中力粉（または、薄力粉） 160g
ベーキングソーダ（重曹） 　小 ½
シナモン 小 ½
オールスパイス 小 ¼
塩 小 ¼
無塩バター 84g
砂糖 100g
卵白 2 個分
ヨーグルト（サワークリーム） 大 6
バニラエクストラクト 小 1

☆トッピング

ブラウンシュガー 50g
中力粉（または、薄力粉） 30g
シナモン 小 ½
無塩バター（溶かしたもの） 28g
