MOCHI means one of a Japanese rice cakes that is traditional in Japan. it’s used for any traditional Japanese dish. Even today, it’s very popular.

4 Strawberries
8 pieces Tablet chocolate
1-1/3 oz SHIRATAMA-KO (Rice flour)
2/3 oz Cake flour
1 tsp Sugar
2/5 U.S.cup Water
Cooking oil

『苺チョコ餅』

苺 4個
板チョコ 8片
白玉粉 40g
薄力粉 20g
砂糖 小さじ1
水 100cc
サラダ油 少々

  1. kinda reminds me of how u would constuct smores really cute dish but to the ppl who find Masu annoying that is really messed up because that how they speak in a professional workspace your not going to start speaking like some uneducated person to an audience of people when ur teaching or being taught to.
