    *Ingredients*

    ½ cup Rolled Oats
    ½ cup Milk
    ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    ⅓  cup shredded carrots
    1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
    1 tablespoons raisins
    2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
    1 tablespoon Walnuts
    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
    ½  teaspoon Cinnamon

    *For the cream cheese frosting*

    1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
    ¼ cup light and fit vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon maple syrup

    *Steps*

    1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and mix or shake well until thoroughly combined.
    2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    3. In the morning, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup until well blended, then spread over the top of the oats.
    4. Top with additional carrots, walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
