Ingredients:
Oat layer:
-45g quick oats
-30ml brewed coffee (mine was iced)
-12g @pescience chocolate truffle protein powder (discount code FIT15)
-12g @swervesweetie monkfruit sweetener
-50g nonfat Greek yogurt
-20ml @fairlife skim milk
Cream layer:
-10g @pescience vanilla protein (discount code FIT15)
-30g nonfat Greek yogurt
-55g light ricotta cheese
-15ml @fairlife skim milk
-3ml vanilla extract
-5g Monkfruit sweetener
Topping:
-3g unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions:
-Mix the ingredients for the oat layer together in a bowl
-For the cream layer, blend the the Greek yogurt and ricotta together in a blender, then mix in the rest of the ingredients (note- I should have just blended them all together idk why I didn’t haha)
-Add the oat layer to a Tupperware, then pour the cream layer over it and spread evenly
-Top with dusted cocoa powder, then store in fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours)
-Take out of the fridge and enjoy 😍

How long would this keep in the fridge, thinking of making like 5 of these at once… Looks delicious!
You're better off cooking your oats first and then chilling them. Less of a glucose spike!
Oats come out the same as they went in 😢
