🧁 RECIPE: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cookies
Makes ~18 regular cookies or 4 jumbo cookies
✅ Ingredients:
3 apple cinnamon instant oatmeal packets
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra warmth)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup chopped apples or raisins/nuts
🍪 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In one bowl, whisk together oatmeal packets, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
3. In another bowl, cream butter with sugars until fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
5. Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
